Vivelina is a food scanning and ingredient analysis application designed to help users better understand packaged foods through product insights, ingredient interpretation, and related wellness-oriented analytics.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Vivelina does not provide medical, nutritional, legal, or other professional advice.
You are solely responsible for your food, health, and lifestyle decisions.

Vivelina may be designed with a local-first approach for some features, meaning certain data may be stored on your device.
You are responsible for maintaining backups and protecting access to your device.
7. License to Use
Subject to these Terms, Vivelina grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Attempt to disrupt, hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service
Upload malicious software or harmful data
Misrepresent data or impersonate others
9. Fees and In-App Purchases
Core features may be free.
Additional features, subscriptions, or services may be offered through in-app purchases for a fee. Any pricing will be clearly communicated before purchase.
In-app purchases are processed by the platform provider you use, such as Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to that provider’s terms, billing policies, and refund rules.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
